MN ALEC Legislators - Now Running for County Office

Here's some updates on Minnesota ALEC legislators who are NOW running for county positions.

County Level Races

GOP Sen. Mike Jungbauer will go for a spot on the Anoka County board

Sen. Chris Gerlach, will now seek the Dakota County District 7 seat to replace retiring Commissioner Will Branning.

State Rep. Ron Shimanski, is in the running for the District 1 seat McLeod County Commissioner

AND DON'T FORGET

John Gibbs - ALEC private Sector Chair - Comcast

Is running for Three Rivers Park District Commissioner.

I would suggest that others out there - start looking at their county candidates and identifying ALEC members and letting their neighbors know NOT TO VOTE FOR ALEC MEMBERS.
